| Radio Online Control (ROC) is an online control for SportIdent SI-units, SRRs and Emit online units. It is based on a Raspberry Pi-computer and some kind of network connection. ROC supports many numbers of 3G- and 4G-modems and also all equipment that you can connect to the network interface or wifi that gives the Raspberry Pi:n an IP-address and internet connection. The online control tells a web server on the internet that it is online and sends all punches to the server. On the competition arena you must have an internet connection and then you download the punches from the server to your competition program from the server. The online control can also be used directly on a local network. The ROC then talks to the competition program without passing through the web server. In that case you do not need any internet connection. Online control can handle Check, Start, Control and Finish online.
